One of the reasons my graduating senior clients hire me, is because I know where all the good locations are....and WHEN they are. Here is the deal....you can't just show up in Charlotte and have a sunflower field anytime you want! No Ma'am! You have to know the whens and wheres. There are multiple sunflower fields in the Lake Norman, Charlotte, and Rock Hill NC areas that bloom starting in early July and go all the way (depending on the harvest time) the end of September. Once they bloom, they only have about 2 weeks before they get all droopy and sad. So knowing when they are in bloom is super important. This year, we had quite a few different harvest times and I was able to get some amazing images. Here are a few from Ms. Sara's session. AND she got to bring along her fur baby!!!
